A half-day session with an edited 60–90 second video, vertical versions for social media and a selection of aerial stills starts at €390. The price rises with an interior drone fly-through, shooting in two light windows, or if the property sits in a zone requiring authorisation, such as Palma and its bay. You receive a fixed quote before we start: the price you accept is the price you pay.

A standard villa is covered in three to four hours. If the selling point is the light — a sunset over the sea, a west-facing garden — we split the shoot into two blocks on the same day: sunrise and sunset. The edit is delivered 72 hours after the shoot; 48 with the rush surcharge.

Yes. We use a light drone with ducted propellers that flies safely close to walls and furniture: in through the door, across the rooms and out onto the terrace in a single uncut shot. Where the drone adds nothing — narrow corridors, finish details — we switch to a handheld gimbal, and both materials are edited so the seam never shows.

Fifteen minutes of preparation show more than any colour correction: blinds up, interior lights on, pool clean and running, cars out of frame and the terrace set up as if for a viewing. You do not need to be there yourself, but someone must let us in and tell us what should stay off camera. We send you this checklist with the date confirmation.

Over the property itself, yes, with the manager's permission. What conditions the shoot is the airspace: Palma and its surroundings require prior authorisation (allow 5–10 working days) and protected natural areas have their own limits. We check the exact address before giving you a date, so you know from day one whether paperwork is involved and how long it takes.

A 4K master, a light web-optimised version, 9:16 vertical versions for Instagram and TikTok, and the retouched photographs in high-resolution JPG. Everything arrives by download link, with no watermarks and no later usage fees.

Yes. The licence to market that property — real estate portals, your own website, social media and brochures — is included in the price. The licence only extends if the material moves to another sphere, for example a developer's paid advertising campaign, and that is agreed beforehand, not afterwards.
