A day of coverage starts at €450. What moves the price is not so much the duration as the coordination: a closed-circuit event with one take-off point is the simple case; a cycling event covering 40 kilometres of open road demands several flying points, moves between them and more planning with the organisers. Send us the route and the programme and you get a fixed price within 24 hours.

Only with specific authorisation and additional safety measures — and it is almost never needed: flying outside the crowd, angled towards the action, gives a better shot and zero risk. The flight plan agreed with the organisers defines the exclusion zones, take-off points and altitudes per section.

Yes — that is exactly what the FPV drone is for: it accompanies the moving subject, takes the corners with them and passes through gaps a conventional drone cannot fit. We need a closed or controlled stretch and a briefing with the athlete or driver to agree the line and the signals. We record at high frame rates so the slow motion comes out clean.

An event cannot be rescheduled, so we work with a plan B: FPV handles considerably more wind than a conventional drone, and if it still cannot be flown safely we cover the event from the ground with a gimbal at the key points and deduct the aerial part from the quote. That gets decided with you on site — not as a surprise on the invoice.

Yes, and at events it is the norm: vertical cuts of 15 to 30 seconds, edited and graded, ready for social media two to three hours after the race. The fully graded highlights piece arrives within 72 hours. If a sponsor needs a specific format, it is agreed in the briefing.

Yes. For stage races or regattas we plan the coverage day by day with the organisers: a daily social summary each day and a final piece for the whole event. The day rate drops from the second day onwards because the planning is already done.

We handle the airspace: we are a registered operator and process whatever authorisations the route requires. The organiser provides permission for the venue or route and includes us in their safety briefing. If the council or the event's insurer asks for the drone documentation, we send it the same day.
