How much does a drone wedding video cost in Mallorca?

It is the question every couple asks when planning the big day’s video, and almost nobody publishes the answer. Here it is, with numbers.

The range: €600 to €1,200

Aerial wedding coverage in Mallorca currently runs between €600 and €1,200. What moves the price within that range is a single variable: how many hours of the day are covered.

• Essential coverage (€600–750): arrival, ceremony (entrance and exit, never the vows) and the aerial group photo. About three hours on site.
• Extended coverage (€800–1,000): the above plus the cocktail hour, estate shots in the afternoon light and the entrance to the dancing. Five or six hours.
• Full day (€1,000–1,200): from preparations to the dancing, including the night shot of the lit-up estate where airspace allows.

What should always be included

With any serious package, insist that these are included: prior coordination with your videographer (a call before the day, not an introduction at the venue gate), insurance and operator registration (not optional on an estate with a hundred guests), a social teaser within 72 hours, and handover of footage to the videographer the same or next day.

What raises the price — and what should not

Raises it with reason: a venue in airspace requiring authorisation (some near Palma), covering preparations at a different location from the ceremony, or the full edit if you have no videographer.

Should not raise it: vertical versions (they are standard), the planning meeting, or “travel” within Mallorca.

The uncomfortable question you must ask

“What happens if it is windy?” Anyone who answers “we can always fly” is lying to you. The professional answer is a concrete plan B: what gets covered from the ground, with what equipment, and which part of the price is deducted. Ask for it in writing; ours is in the quote as standard.

Our recommendation

If budget forces a choice, prioritise the ceremony window and the sunset: that is when the light does half the work and when the things you will want to rewatch happen. And book early: May to October dates close months in advance.
